Registrations made BEFORE June 1:
A non-refundable deposit must accompany each registration.  (Resident Plan = $300.  Day Camper Plan = $300.  Mites Day Camp = $50.  High School Team Camp = $100.)  Please mail checks payable to 'Gustavus Hockey Camp.'  Final payment may be made at any time, but will be required by June 1.

Registration AFTER June 1:
Full payment is due at time of registration. (Resident Plan = $525.  Day Camper Plan = $425.  Mites Day Camp = $100.  High School Team Rate = $195.  High School Commuter Rate = $145.)  Please mail checks payable to 'Gustavus Hockey Camp'.

Registration Forms:
All registration forms are accepted in the order in which they are received until camp is full. Enrollment is limited.

Confirmation Packets:
A confirmation packet with specific camp information will be sent on June 1.  After June 1, confirmation packets will be sent upon receipt of registration form and final payment.

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel your registration, for any reason, before July 1, you will receive full camp credit on monies paid to date.  The credit will be good for one (1) year from issuance and is transferrable to family members.  However, NO refunds will be given after July 1.

Security:
All information gathered by the Gustavus Hockey Camp will be deemed confidential and will not be sold or given to any third parties.
